When you come to the Physical Health Complex for colon therapy, bowel rehabilitation, digestive evaluation, nutritional guidance, detoxification, etc. I will be here to welcome you and work with you. Together we will make a determination regarding your goals and your treatment plan after I have done a thorough medical, bowel and nutritional history and an evaluation of your supplements and medications. Your vitals and a palpation exam are also a part of an initial intake.
Think about this… If you eat 3 or more meals per day and evacuate the equivalent of one meal or less per day, where are the other 2 hiding? Any wonder you feel bloated, tired etc.?
Researchers from the University of California writing in Lancet “have found that women who have two or fewer bowel movements per week have four times the risk of breast disease as women who have one or more bowel movements per day.”
Let’s get to work. Time is wasting. Call 954-566-0444.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Therapeutic Massage

Kathy is a Massage Therapist, licensed and insured and is also trained in Cranial Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Cranial Sacral Therapy is a light touch approach, approximately 5 grams of pressure, which can relieve tensions deep within your body to relieve pain and dysfunction with improves whole body health performance. The Cranial Sacral system envelops the brain and spinal cord. Within the system is the production, circulation, and reabsorption of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF). There are a few body systems that have an impact on your Central Nervous System like the Cranial Sacral System (the soft tissue and fluids that protect your brain and spinal cord). Dysfunctions from day to day stressors and of life time traumas, illness, and events can cause tension and restrictions in the system. Tissues tighten, fluid flow decreases which potentially affect the brain and spinal cord. This can compromise the function of every other system in your body.Cranial Sacral Therapy releases the tissue so that the central nervous system can perform at its best. Cranial Sacral naturally reduces pain and stress, strengthens your resistance to disease and enhances your overall health and well-being.Cranial Sacral Therapy helps relieve a full spectrum of pain and illness including but not limited to:Migraines and headachesStress and tension related disordersMotor-coordinated impairmentsBrain and spinal cord injuries Chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome Central Nervous System disordersOrthopedic problems, chronic neck and back painAnd many moreCranial Sacral Therapy is a light touch modality to various parts of your body. This monitors the rhythm of your fluid that is flowing around your central nervous system, feeling areas of weak fluid flow or restriction. Light touch and manual techniques are then used to release any tension and or restrictions found, improving the form and functions of your central nervous system. A Cranial Sacral therapy session can last an hour or more. This can be done alone and or integrated with other therapies needed.Your experiences with these sessions are highly individual and is generally relaxing in nature with an overall good feeling. Your experience and or process can last for several days as your body experiences the changes within. It is a whole body experience with extreme benefits to your mind, body, and soul.
